Cancellation Policy
Once a booking has been made with Univibe Audio a suitable notice is required before cancellation or the booking contact named above will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation Charges
If booking is cancelled and 14 clear days notice is given then no charge is payable for the booking. If 7-14 days notice is given for a booking then Univibe Audio reserve the right to demand up to 75% of the total amount, if less than 7 days notice is given then Univibe Audio reserve the right to demand up to 80% of the fee, if less than 48 hours notice is given when canceling a booking then 50% of the fee WILL be charged and Univibe Audio reserve the right to demand up to the remaining 50%. All cancellation charges are made directly to the booking contact and he/she is solely responsible for any outstanding charges regardless of changes in band members/collaborators etc.
Payment Terms
Recordings / data must be paid for in full before material is submitted to client. Payment can be made via Cash or Cheque. Card payments are accepted, although this will incur a 2% surcharge.
Session Data; If multitrack audio files / data of the session is required a £10 surcharge may be incurred. Please inform us before the session if you will require this service.
Only recording personnel are allowed in the studio during your booking unless permission is granted prior to session
Booking contact is solely responsible for all invoices raised and is solely liable for any outstanding costs for damages / stolen equipment.
No illegal substances are to used on the premises at any time.
All artists and band members must please respect all members of staff and other users of the company and building.
Food and drink are allowed in the recording studio only with permission from Univibe Audio staff.
Permission for any photography and filming inside the studio is only granted to artist/band. Any extra permissions must be granted by label/management and Univibe Audio in advance.
Please note that all personnel using the recording studio are fully covered by Univibe Audio’s public liability insurance inside the recording studio premises.
We suggest that the booking contact keep a copy of this document for their records extra copies can be sent out upon request.
